Zavia is an AI-powered food diary that allows you to log meals using natural language and track estimated calories and macronutrients. The nutritional information provided consists of estimates generated by AI and does not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.
ZAVIA IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. The estimates for calories, ingredients, and portions are provided for informational purposes only. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or if you have specific health conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements.
You may use Zavia for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Zavia stores your data securely as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Zavia offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
All content, design, and code of Zavia are the exclusive property of Zavia. No part of the Service may be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zavia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to health decisions based on AI-generated estimates.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
